Cowarehouse costs include your private unit, on-site security and maintenance, plus a range of features and extras to help your business run smoothly and effectively.

Practical security and monitoring services are included at our warehouse facility. Tenants can be assured that regular cleaning and waste management is carried out in all communal areas by our teams. Additionally, our Front of House team is on-hand during normal working hours to answer queries, welcome visitors and manage post deliveries for Tenants.

In general, we have no restrictions on the type of business unless your business activities or storage of contents can be harmful or dangerous to other warehouse tenants. Please book a call or facility walkthrough and talk with our leasing sales team for specific restrictions and allowances.

No hidden costs here! Everything is included with your lease. We do have optional add-on services that you have the option to purchase if you desire, but they are definitely not mandatory. 

Yes, parking is free at CoFlex. There is ample parking all around the building for everyone.

Yes, a forklift will be available for all warehouse tenants. Operation of the forklift is only allowed by certified forklift operators.

Yes, electricity will be available to all warehouse tenants.

You have 24/7 access to your unit. All tenants will have secure access around the clock allowing you to work the hours you desire.

All tenants shall not commit, suffer, or permit any act or anything that may constitute a nuisance, danger, annoyance, or an unlawful use or be offensive to CoFlex or other Members or, nor commit, suffer or permit any waste, damage, or unreasonable wear and tear to the space or any other part of the Building/Land.
